    Material quality 5/5 Geared dc motor with encoder & Servo Motor 5/5 Customer service 5/5 (very helpful) Assembly 3/5 (felt difficult and took 3 hours A lot of screws and nuts, could have made it very easy with a different assembly) it tilts too much if any big rock the tyre touches the frame , it should be restricted to a degree.
